YOUR RULES with Ariel Upton
The first step in creating and living a life that’s right for you is giving yourself permission to do so. What shoulds are you tired of carrying? Which rules are you tired of following? In this breakout, we’ll bring to life the ‘Write Your Own Rules’ and ‘Individual Meaning’ rights to life, discuss all the shoulds the world (and our selves!) throw at us, the rules we’re ready to break, and think about ways we can create more individual meaning in our daily lives.
YOUR DOSHA with Angelica Neri
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian holistic medicine system based on the mind, body and spirit connection. Through this session, you'll learn about your individual dosha (energy type) and how to balance it using ayurvedic practices.
